Serões à Conversa – Praia do Norte

On October 1st at 3 PM, the Casa do Povo da Praia do Norte will host 'Serões à Conversa', an engaging event inviting participants to explore and discuss local heritage. This informal gathering is part of a larger project by the Museu da Horta, aiming to connect the Faial community with its rich material and immaterial heritage. Attendees are encouraged to discover a special historical object left at the venue and share their own stories and objects they wish to see in future exhibits. As the Museu da Horta approaches its 50th anniversary in 2027, this event serves as a precursor to the celebrations, fostering community involvement in preserving local culture.
