A circuit from the natural pools at Furna in Santo António, São Roque do Pico. The climb follows dirt tracks and ox-cart roads with the relheiras worn into them; the descent passes the Adega A Buraca, and from the church at Santo António the mountain itself is in view. The return runs through the Furnas protected area and the fossil cliff geosite. Graded medium, 7 km.
