Rota da Água - Entre Túneis e Condutas

The long Rota da Água, from Remédios to Água de Pau along the tracks the water keepers used to bring water down to Lagoa. It runs past old bridges, aqueducts, clay pipes, levadas and several tunnels — a torch is part of the kit, and the register says so. Fifteen kilometres, five hours, graded medium, with stretches shared with other routes.
