A circuit from the mill on Rua do Saco in Agualva through the two things that made the parish: its water, which once drove nearly fifty mills and now supplies six of the eleven parishes of Praia da Vitória, and its timber, which still feeds the local sawmills. The first stretch follows the stream past orchard terraces, mill races and waterwheels. Graded medium, 7.7 km.
