Vigia de São Pedro

An easy coastal walk on the north side of the island, from the bathing pools at Poços de São Vicente to the old whale lookout at São Pedro. It passes the ruins of the whaling factory that worked this port, then follows dirt tracks and quiet lanes above the cliffs to Fenais da Luz. Six kilometres, two hours, almost no climb.
