Baroque Organ Concerts at Angra do Heroísmo Museum

The Angra do Heroísmo Museum on Terceira Island invites you to immerse yourself in the rich musical heritage of the Azores with its Baroque organ concerts. Held in the Church of Nossa Senhora da Guia, these performances feature a historic organ crafted in 1788 by António Xavier Machado and Cerveira and restored in 2011 by Dinarte Machado. Resident organist Gustaaf van Manen will perform a selection of pieces from the 16th to 18th centuries, offering an authentic auditory experience in a venue renowned for its historical and acoustic significance.
